Applications that get approved
A visa refusal is almost never bad luck. It is a missing document, an inconsistent date, or a bank statement that raises a question nobody answered. We find those before the consulate does.

Overview
The paperwork is the whole job
Consular officers are not looking for reasons to refuse you. They are looking for a coherent story: this person is going for this reason, for this long, funded this way, and has a reason to come home. Refusals happen when the file fails to tell that story clearly.
We build the file. Every document is checked against the current requirements for your nationality, your destination and your specific visa category — which change more often than most applicants realise. Where something is weak, we tell you before it is submitted, not after it is refused.
Across the applications we have filed since 2024, 98.6% have been approved. That is not a promise about your application — no honest agent can promise a consular outcome — but it does reflect what careful preparation achieves.
- Requirements verified against current consular rules, per nationality
- Every document cross-checked for internal consistency before filing
- Appointment scheduling and biometric slot booking handled for you
- Written honesty about weak applications before you spend the fee
Benefits
What you get that you would not get elsewhere
- 01
A real document review
Not a checklist. We read your bank statements, employment letter and travel history the way a consular officer will, and flag what will raise questions.
- 02
Category chosen correctly
Tourist, business, visitor, transit, medical — applying under the wrong category is a common and entirely avoidable refusal. We confirm the right one first.
- 03
Appointments actually secured
We monitor slot releases for the consulates that matter and book biometric and interview appointments as they open, including short-notice availability.
- 04
Interview preparation
Where an interview is required, we brief you on what will be asked, what your file says, and how to answer consistently with it.
- 05
Honest pre-assessment
If we think an application is likely to be refused as it stands, we say so before you pay the consular fee, and we tell you what would need to change.
- 06
Tracked to decision
You are told where the application is, not left refreshing a portal. We follow up with the visa centre where processing runs long.

A checklist specific to you — not a generic list. Every item is explained, including why the consulate asks for it and what it must show.

We complete the application forms, pay the consular fees and secure your biometric or interview appointment at the earliest available slot.
- 05 Varies by consulate
Submission & tracking
The file is submitted and tracked. You receive a status update at every stage, and we chase the visa centre where processing exceeds the published time.

Caught the problem that got me refused the first time
I had been refused a Schengen visa the previous year and had no idea why. Urban Wings read my old file and found it in about ten minutes — my leave letter said one set of dates and my hotel booking said another. They rebuilt the whole application around a consistent story. Approved in nineteen days.

Six applications, three nationalities, one coherent file
My husband, our children and my mother hold passports from three different countries, and each had slightly different requirements. Urban Wings mapped all six against each other so the funding and the itinerary told the same story throughout. All approved together, which was the only outcome that would have worked.

Told me my file was weak before I spent the fee
They looked at my documents and said the application would probably be refused as it stood, because my business income was irregular across the statements and nothing explained why. They told me what to add and we filed six weeks later. Any agency happy to take my money that first week would have cost me the consular fee and a refusal on my record.

Frequently asked questions
Specific to visa services. General questions are answered on the FAQ page.

Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No, and you should be cautious of anyone who says they can. Granting a visa is a sovereign decision made by the consulate, and no agent has any influence over it. What we can do is make sure your application is complete, consistent and correctly categorised — which is what the overwhelming majority of refusals come down to. Our filed applications run at a 98.6% approval rate.
How long does a visa take?
It varies widely by destination and season. Schengen visas typically take 15 to 30 calendar days; the UK standard visitor visa around 3 weeks; the USA depends almost entirely on interview appointment availability, which can run to several months in peak periods. We give you a realistic timeline for your specific case at the assessment stage, and we advise applying earlier than you think you need to.
What happens if my visa is refused?
We review the refusal grounds with you in detail and explain your options honestly — whether that is a re-application with a rebuilt file, an appeal where the jurisdiction permits one, or a different destination. Our service fee for the original application is not refundable, because the work was performed, but we do not charge our full fee again to re-apply on the same case. Consular fees are set by the government and are never refundable by anyone.
Should I book flights before my visa is approved?
No — and be careful of advice that says otherwise. Some consulates want to see a confirmed itinerary, but a held reservation or a dummy booking satisfies that requirement. We provide those. Buying a non-refundable ticket before approval means risking the whole fare on a decision you do not control. We hold your seats instead and ticket the moment the visa is granted.
Do I have to attend in person?
For most destinations, yes — biometric enrolment (fingerprints and photograph) requires you to attend a visa application centre once. Some categories and some repeat applicants are exempt. Where an interview is required, that is also in person. We tell you exactly what attendance your case needs and book the appointment for you.
What are the most common reasons for refusal?
In our experience: insufficient or unexplained funds, inconsistencies between the stated purpose and the supporting documents, weak evidence of ties to your home country, an incomplete travel history for the visa class sought, and applying under the wrong category. Every one of those is identifiable before submission, which is why the review stage matters more than anything else we do.
Do you handle work, study or immigration visas?
We handle tourist, visitor, business and transit visas. Work permits, student visas and permanent migration are a different regulatory field, and in India that work is properly done by a registered immigration consultant or a licensed lawyer. We will say so plainly and, where we can, point you to someone appropriate rather than take on work outside our competence.
